I embarked on my real estate journey in 2001, just a few years after settling in the charming town of Fountain Hills. Ever since discovering this wonderful community, my husband Steve and I have been actively involved in various aspects of its development. While Steve manages his own business outside of the real estate industry, I found myself irresistibly drawn to the world of property and design, ultimately leading me to pursue a career as a Realtor. Over the course of my 22 years in this town and industry, I have consistently strived to be a trailblazer and adept negotiator. My unwavering commitment to prioritizing my clients and conducting every sale with the utmost professionalism has been the cornerstone of my success.

The foundation of my business has been built on referrals, a testament to the positive experiences my past clients have had working with me. Throughout my 17-year tenure at Coldwell Banker, I consistently ranked as the company's top agent and received numerous accolades, including the esteemed Coldwell Banker Lifetime Hall of Fame recognition.

In 2018, I made the decision to join Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, and I have been thoroughly impressed by the level of service and exposure I can now offer to my listings. Being a part of the Referral Network Team has further enhanced my ability to connect clients with their ideal properties. Additionally, I have earned thedesignations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Short Sale and Relocation Resource (SFR) as well as CLHMS Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, further expanding my expertise and ability to provide comprehensive assistance to clients.

Jill Templeton-Haislip

I have over 10 years of experience assisting my clients in finding their dream home, and I am committed to providing exceptional customer service. My business philosophy is built on communication, dedication, trustworthiness, and transparency.

I earned my Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on healthcare administration. This provided me with the tools and skills to understand how to successfully run a business and truly meet the needs of my clients. I started my career in senior living, assisting mature adults and seniors in finding their ideal home. I took the time to get to know everyone on a personal level, from their current situation to their future aspirations. I earned the top 1% of sales within the entire company in just my first year, and maintained my Chairman's Club status every year following, growing to a national sales specialist.

I continued my career in real estate, assisting mature adults in finding their forever home, downsizing, upsizing, or right-sizing into a community, or finding their vacation home. My areas of specialty include Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, and Moon Valley. In addition to assisting clients looking for a vacation home in the Mogollon Rim area of Payson, Pine, Strawberry and Christopher Creek. I have earned designations and certifications as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), which enable me to excel in assisting the senior and veteran community.

In addition to my professional achievements, I am on the Board of Directors for the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce and Encore for More Senior Services. I am also a member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, a club member of Fountain Hills Toastmasters, and a volunteer with Honor Flight Arizona and Wreaths Across America. When I am not working, you will find me outdoors, hiking, exploring our beautiful state of Arizona, supporting local businesses, and enjoying a nice glass of wine at the end of the day.

Stacie Levreau is a highly experienced Transaction Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. Stacie has dedicated more than a decade of her career to Russ Lyon Sotheby's where she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence.

Crystal Rogers

My journey into the real estate industry was preceded by my professional experiences as a licensed speech-language pathologist. I have developed effective listening and verbal skills which are essential for understanding the needs and concerns of my clients.

Having lived in Alaska for the past 33 years and running a successful private practice business, I have often worked with people of diverse backgrounds. These experiences have equipped me with the ability to tailor my communication to the unique needs and preferences of my clients. I have developed skills of empathy and understanding because I know that connecting with people on a personal level and establishing rapport is crucial when finding them their dream homes.

I now call this beautiful state of Arizona my home and when I am not working for my clients, you will find me hiking, spending time with our three small dogs, or knitting. My husband Dan and I have three grown children, two of which live in the Seattle Washington area and our youngest attending Harvey Mudd College in California.

Phil Sveum

After graduating from Arizona State University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and majoring in Real Estate, I spent the last 4 decades in Wisconsin continually learning and practicing in this field. I have taken the initiative to be involved and lead a brokerage operation, complete hundreds of transactions in commercial and residential acquisitions and leasing, executed personal and client-related 1031 Tax-Free Exchanges, developed over 2,000 residential parcels for new home, condominium and apartment construction, completed restoration of historical properties, and provided consultation to companies and individuals considering acquisitions and relocating.

With our move to Fountain Hills in 2022 as permanent residents, I still had business goals and decided to affiliate with the DeGeorge Partners to primarily assist in business development and agent coaching. Having such positive experiences over the years with Karen DeGeorge in purchasing and selling Fountain Hills properties, I knew this affiliation would be a great option for me to help people accomplish their real estate and related business goals, as well as be involved in the local business community.

Coming back to Arizona, one of my other goals was to be involved with the ASU Alumni Association, specifically to mentor real estate students and be involved with their Masters of Real Estate Development program. I am excited about the prospects of providing some ‘real world’ experience to these young people pursuing their entrepreneurial goals.
